B. Marie Music

Policy #1 -Dates and Times

Lesson Times:
The days of operation are Monday –Friday and weekends by appointment.
Lessons may be scheduled at a set time each week. Prepaying for the month reserves the lesson time. Lesson times may be scheduled week by week, but specific times cannot be guaranteed.
If Mena Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, B Marie Music will also be closed to ensure your safety. The closure will be posted on the B Marie Music Facebook page, webpage, and Twitter or you may sign up for Remind 101 to receive notifications via text.

If teachers need to cancel lessons due to illness or a family emergency, additional make-up lessons will be added to the schedule. If for some reason, we cannot offer a make-up lesson that works with both schedules, we will issue a credit.

Policy #2 - Payment

Tuition is $100.00/ Month. Payment can be made monthly, term-by-term or yearly. Discounts are applied to Term-by-Term and Yearly payments. For families who pay monthly: when payments are made by the last week of each month, the students preferred time slot would be reserved for the next month. This gives you peace of mind by ensuring you are keeping your slot. Payment options are simple.

Discounts for Pre-paying:
 $1000/ year (Savings of $200!)
 $275/quarter (Savings of $25!)

You may pay online through PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or with a personal check or with cash. Payments not received by the first lesson of the month will be charged a $10 late fee.

*Some months may have 5 lessons for which there will be no extra charge. Some months may have only 3 (because of holidays). However, monthly tuition is the same.

Policy #3 – Missed Lessons

Make-up lessons will only be offered in the case of student illness.
Refunds will not be issued for missed lessons. Students are welcome to exchange lesson times with other students to accommodate personal schedules. Please contact The Studio for more information about participating in the Swap-List program. Please call, email, or text regarding illness and missed lessons, or go to your online account and cancel through your calendar.

Policy #4 - Discontinuation of Lessons

One month’s notice is required if a student chooses to withdraw from The Studio. If the student leaves in the middle of the month, payment is still required for the remaining lessons.
